Delicate Navy Blue + White Plaid Dress

This cotton dress is so very special - very old! The top is sheer cotton and very delicate- has signs of aging and discolouring on the straps! The skirt part of the dress is a blue and white plaid :) The dress can be worn as shown, or with a shirt/ tee overtop!
